We are looking for volunteers to support the 3rd UREHERIT conference on 11th April 2025 in Vilnius (Lithuania).
The three-year UREHERIT. Architects for Heritage in Ukraine – Recreating Identity and Memory project addresses heritage as a resource for sustainable cultural, social, environmental, and economic recovery of Ukraine. It focuses on the challenges of preservation, redefinition, and the role of cultural identity and memory in rebuilding efforts.
During the conference, 12 architectural partner-organizations from Lithuania, Ukraine, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Romania, Estonia, Italy and EU (Architects Council of Europe) will present progress of the project (research, methodologies, findings, pilot cases, participatory events we’ve had, and many more!)
The conference will bring together architects, urbanists, and heritage professionals to discuss the reconstruction of cultural heritage in Ukraine.
