Relevant information
Today, the Lithuanian Union of Architects has been informed that, on 21 January 2019 the Department of Cultural Heritage approved the new act of valuable features: Act No KPD-RM- 2743 of the First Immovable Cultural Heritage Assessment Council of the Department of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).
As a result of the aforementioned circumstance, the terms and conditions of the Tendering Procedure must be revised. As the Act establishes new restrictions on and possibilities for the urban-architectural development of the area, it will significantly change the terms and conditions of the Tendering Procedure and affect the solutions submitted for the Tendering Procedure.
As the terms and conditions of the Tendering Procedure will be revised significantly, the time frames of the Tendering Procedure will be extended adequately so that the tenderers could prepare their tenders according to the new terms and conditions.
The organisers of the Tendering Procedure requested the Department of Cultural Heritage to clarify the new Act. The terms and conditions of the Tendering Procedure will be revised by integrating the requirements of the Act and the clarifications of the Act submitted by the Department of Cultural Heritage, then they will be published and sent to the tenderers.
