Question. We would like to get a more detailed explanation from tender organizers and/or tender coordinator: 1. Is the projected lyceum building complex is planned as a fully functioning autonomous teaching institution having no administrative type or activities-related relationships with other divisions, specifically with the divisions belonging to the specific teaching institution (legal person) without any common activities with these divisions by splitting these activities via several objects in the city; or whether an integration type of model is planned which allows to carry out certain activities necessary for the teaching process, by distributing them through several objects at different city locations (e.g. arts study, room for musical instruments, and etc.,).

Answer. The Lyceum Complex is planned as a fully and independently functioning teaching institution; however, it does not mean that the institution may not have the right to have other divisions in the city.
